New Laws Guideline Regarding Photos
No X-rated or images showing genitals or pubic areasOn July 27, 2006 President Bush signed into law the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (HR 4472) .

Elements of the new law expand the types of images that require performers to provide government mandated documentation

Xpersuasions Adult Modeling Resources has chosen to not publish adult content that would be subject to these record-keeping requirements. However, the new expanded definition of adult content does cover some types of images that we have allowed, specifically those which included genitals or pubic areas, even if blurred.

Any such images that were posted on our site as of July 27th are exempt from the law and will be allowed to remain, but as of that date we will not allow any new images of these types to be posted on Xpersuasions Adult Modeling Resources.
